Leadership

  • Mike McAuliff
    Executive Director

Youth for Christ has been a part of Mike's story for more than half of his life. As a middle schooler, he was involved in his school's Campus Life club where he was introduced to the message of Christ for the first time.

He has served in a variety of roles with YFC since 2002. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Flagler College and is currently working on his Master's in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary.

In his downtime, you can find Mike at home spending time with his girls: wife Emily and daughters Ella and Ada. He enjoys books made of paper, products with an apple logo and playing any sport that involves a ball. He also has a love-hate relationship with Keto, a mild Pepsi addiction (when he's off Keto) and an affinity for the Florida State Seminoles.

  • Patrick Choi
    Ministry Director

Patrick has worked in ministry for 6 years where he served as the Campus Director at Johns Creek High School with Campus Crusade For Christ while also serving as the Youth Pastor at New City Church in Lawrenceville, GA.
Patrick is local to Atlanta and graduated from Centennial High School in Roswell, GA. He attended Georgia College and State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Patrick is currently in seminary at Metro Atlanta Seminary where he will receive his Masters in Divinity.

Patrick is married to his wife Erica and has one daughter, Haven.

Patrick enjoys all things Atlanta sports and Duke basketball.

  • Sarah Beth Sandel
    Communications Director

Sarah Beth grew up a pastor's kid and has loved Jesus for as long as she can remember. When she married her husband (also a pastor!), they worked with the ministry of Youth for Christ in her Florida hometown before going on staff with a local church. She has served with Atlanta YFC for nearly five years, primarily through the written word. With an English degree and a penchant for storytelling, she's partnered to tell the stories and increase online connection with our ministry partners.

She and her husband, Cameron, love the body of Christ and have served the local church together for more than ten years. They have two happy kiddos, Cora and Levi, a heart for discipleship, and a shared love of healthy debate.
